Moses experienced a powerful call to serve God and to lead the people of Israel out of Egypt. Yet, his first attempt to talk with Pharaoh was met with hardship, difficulty, and doubt of God's plan. The call for us to follow Jesus is similar for us today. We are called to salvation and eternal life through Jesus, but we are not exempt from a life of hardship and suffering. Instead, it is through these experiences that our faith in Him is strengthened and renewed.
